She is an RCI registered Clinical Psychologist with a University Gold Medal, & a certified Clinical Nutritionist & Sleep Specialist working on Psychiatric disorders through Food as medicine & lifestyle modifications. She is a recipient of Rajiv Gandhi Yuva Samman for demonstrated work history in Neuropsychiatric assessments, Psychotherapy and Psycho-social Rehabilitation. She is active in the field for over 10 years now which includes her experience as a grief and trauma therapist and as Clinical Neuropsychologist and Trainer treating emotional and mental disorders conducting workshops and training sessions, for police personnels at CAPF office (Ministry of Home Affairs), New Delhi She is independently practising for all age groups (infancy to geriatric).
