About me
I’m Shalini Thebaria, a Software Engineer II at Microsoft, currently working on Azure Storage capacity management. I bring 5+ years of experience across Microsoft, Amazon, DP World, and Rakuten, where I’ve built and scaled large distributed systems, optimized performance, and delivered critical services from scratch.
My expertise spans Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Azure, and distributed systems, with strong problem-solving and system design skills. I’ve solved 1000+ coding problems, mentored developers, and participated in national-level coding competitions and hackathons.
Beyond work, I’m passionate about tech mentorship, coding interview prep, and system design guidance—helping engineers grow in their careers.
