With a diverse career spanning over twenty five years, Shalini has a proven track record of implementing effective diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies and solutions on both global and domestic fronts. Having lived and worked in countries like India, Germany, UK, and USA and lead teams spread across more than 30 countries, has helped her discover her strength to understand and lead diverse people from various cultures and communities. Her expertise in DEI has garnered accolades, as she has conceived, designed, and executed programs fostering inclusive practices, employee engagement, and positive leadership transformation through innovative strategies that yield sustainable change. Shalini is an Executive Coach, coaching top-tier executives and C-suite leaders as well as Entrepreuners. For over 12 years, empowering them to reach their highest potential and lead with inclusivity. She has also coached hundreds of middle management people and business leaders to lead impactfully. She is a mental conditioning coach and has used her study in Behavioral Science, NLP, Positive psychology, and spiritual sciences to design effective learning programs for leadership teams in over 20 diverse industries. She is also the Country Chair of the D&I Wing of G100 Mission Million. She has been honored with various awards, the most recent being "𝙄𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙘 𝙒𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝘽𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙡𝙡" award, in December 2022, from the Women Economic Forum (WEF). Shalini has been actively involved in advocating for the development and growth of women and girls including the education of the girl child since 2003. She has been a committed volunteer for numerous initiatives supporting women impacted by domestic abuse and works on empowering and uplifting marginalized individuals. Shalini is trained in Indian Classical vocal and Jazz dance. She draws her energy from music, dance, and bringing smiles to people.
