Currently, spearheading BT India R&D program in Generative AI (LLMs, Chatbot Development, Dialogue System, AI Voice and Transcription, Knowledge Retrieval and Augmentation), Interactive Digital Twins (AR/VR), and Quantum Communications in collaboration with a leading Indian research institute, Indian Institute of Science, IISc-Bengaluru. With a keen eye for future trends, I lead the development of novel solutions that bridge the technology-business gap, also, facilitate cross-functional, international and technical teams to deliver state-of-the-art solutions that create significant value across business units. Developing user-friendly, adaptive AI/ML solutions with commercial benefit is at the center of my efforts. In the age of GenAI, the commitment to responsible AI is an integral part of my program, from ERP Chatbot, AI Speech Solutions to the integration of interactive Digital Twins with the physical world, ensuring responsible data practices, ethical considerations and user privacy & safety.
