About me
I am an applied AI/ML researcher and data scientist with a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. I specialize in applying advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning, regression, and multi-objective optimization, to solve complex, real-world problems across diverse industries.
With over five years of experience, I have a strong command of Python, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn, along with expertise in data analysis, handling, and visualization using tools such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib. My work spans Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision (CV), and explainable AI (XAI).
I have led projects focused on optimizing material properties using ML-driven approaches, including Bayesian optimization and transfer learning. My work has been recognized through publications in top journals such as iScience and Digital Discovery. Additionally, I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with a focus on improving process efficiency and accuracy.
Currently, I am a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University, collaborating with Panasonic to advance materials research using machine learning and automation. My goal is to leverage AI/ML to create innovative solutions that drive progress in both research and industrial applications.
