With over 15 years in the infrastructure and construction equipment industry, my recent focus has been on driving technology adoption and data-driven solutions for construction. As Business Head at MachineMax (a Shell & BCG venture), I built the construction vertical for telematics and data analytics, while managing P&L. Earlier, I founded Consera Consulting to support global OEMs entering India, and also co-founded Goyantra, a used equipment trading platform. My career began with Fine Equipment, where I spent 11 years in product and market development, playing a key role in the company’s shift from trading to manufacturing. I’m passionate about bridging on-ground operations with smarter digital solutions, and keen to advise and mentor startups innovating in this space.
