As a public health professional with over six years of experience, I have a passion for strengthening health systems at the primary care level moving closer to Universal Health Coverage. I have worked as a Program Officer at Jhpiego, an international non-profit organization that improves the health of women and families in low- and middle-income countries, where I led and supported several health systems strengthening initiatives. My expertise lies in health planning and policy implementation, human resources for health, and data-driven decision-making. I have developed and implemented comprehensive strategies and innovative solutions to address public health challenges, such as improving quality of care, enhancing service delivery, and strengthening health workforce capacity. I have also analyzed and interpreted health data to monitor and evaluate the impact of health interventions and to inform policy recommendations, maintaining gender and equity at the centre. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Global Health Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as a Joint Japan World Bank Scholar. This program equips me with the knowledge and skills to advance the field of public health and to contribute to the global health agenda. I am eager to collaborate with like-minded health professionals and organizations to improve health outcomes and ensure equitable access to quality care.
