Final Year Applied Geology student, future Geologist, my passion for geology brought me to the Department of Applied Geology at IIT ISM DHANBAD , where i am working on my skills in learning branches of Geology. In last semester i completed the foundation program, which covers petroleum Geology, Coal Geology , Igneous, Sedimentary and metamorphic petrology, Exploration Geology,Ore Geology . the most valuable lesson i have learned from ISM has been the importance of visualising Geology while learning. even though i knew i wanted to be a geologist, i have enjoyed getting back to basics of learning chemistry, physics and mathematics.
