With 25 years of experience in corporate and consulting roles, I bring contextual knowledge of people performance and development, and business partnering across multiple industries in the GCC. With the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, I have worked closely with senior executives in leadership roles to achieve their teams’ performance, manage culture change and impact business growth. I am driven to help people have positive experiences, it is intrinsic to me. I turn around people and situations by adopting two philosophies “rise above it” and “give the benefit of the doubt”. This, along with empathy has continued to be instrumental in helping people shape a relationship with themselves and others. My resourcefulness, relationship building skills, and resolve to not give up easily on people is integral to my coaching process.
