Proven influencer, entrepreneurial leader and executive coach with experience in driving business agenda through cycles of growth, ramp ups, ramp downs, operating model changes, setting up new business units and COE's. Worked on acquisition due diligence and post-merger integration of firms. She has driven talent model transformation programs including Org DNA, culture and values setting up next gen HR capabilities in Talent Analytics and Digital HR. She has partnered with management boards as a board member in Gartner and Incedo and she has led cross functional and cross-cultural teams globally and in India. She has managed the entire gamut of employee life cycle in large scale organizations, to Top-Tier Consulting firms, to distributed employment models, from startups to public listed and owner driven firms.
