Shaifali Singh is an ICF-ACC certified Executive Coach, Behavioural Skills Facilitator, and Image Consultant with over 18 years of experience spanning Corporate HR, Learning & Organisational Development, and Leadership Enablement. She is the Founder of The Image Works Consulting, focused on transforming professionals from potential to performance through behavioural shifts, executive presence, and leadership capability building. Before building her independent practice, Shaifali held progressive roles in HR and OD, partnering closely with business leaders to drive initiatives such as competency mapping, performance management, culture building, and leadership development. This corporate foundation helps her design interventions that are relevant, business-aligned, and grounded in what actually works on the job. She brings 500+ hours of coaching experience and is also certified in Systemic Team Coaching, DISC, DEIB and POSH. Beyond her client work, she actively contributes to the DEIB Committee at the ICF Mumbai Chapter and is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and the Image Management Professionals Association (IMPA).
