After holding a variety of roles, most recently wearing the role of Lead Architect of Easyfix Technologies, became CEO in 2011. During the last 11 years, Shaifali was responsible for sales and operations, including end-to-end management of Technician supply chain, sales activities, and service and support to develop 500 cities technology network Before being named CEO in June 2011, Shaifali was a part of the Operations team at Dainik Jagran Group in New Delhi, Where she was responsible for all India BTL campaign planning, selling and getting activities executed on the field in Metro and Non-Metro cities. At Jagran, Shaifali was in charge of hiring freelancing manpower to work on an hourly rate card. Prior to Jagran solutions, Shaifali was Sales Promoters Trainer of Mobile Phones for Nokia, and was responsible for creating content and delivering all India training to coach people on selling better. Shaifali also spent 1 year with IBM. She worked in customer service and ticketing functions for IBM’s United Airlines Backend support for North and Latin America. Shaifali earned an MBA from IBS University, where she was a Scholar in Operations as a subject and a Bachelor of degree in commerce honours from Nainital University
