For over 8 years, I have managed the production of gamified experiences, particularly in design, allowing me to immerse myself in what I love. Currently, I serve as the Head of Game Design and Production at Salvay, a studio dedicated to creating immersive virtual experiences. In this role, I manage the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to development and launch. I also lead client relations, driving strategic initiatives that align with our mission to captivate and engage players worldwide. My leadership has been pivotal in achieving successful game launches, substantial revenue growth, and enhanced community engagement. I am well-versed in Scrum and Agile methodologies and utilize tools like Jira, ClickUp, and Asana to ensure our projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
