I have over 10+ years of hands-on product design and research experience in shipping successful zero to 1 and 1 to 100 global products in fast-paced startups with high autonomy and accountability. As a design leader, I lead teams across multidisciplinary product teams and groups. As a lead, I help drive the design strategy and direction within the products triad, shaping current and future work towards a north star. I set a high bar for design excellence and ensure outstanding product experiences, thereby shipping work that I am proud of. I lead by example to produce high-quality work no matter how big or small the task may be. I use the full range of Product Design skills to discover, design and deliver simple, beautifully crafted experiences that customers love. I collaborate across multiple teams, solve complex problems with cross-functional partners and help define their success metrics. I actively foster a healthy design team culture, shaping our collaborative practices and mentoring budding designers. I practise evidence-based design, and articulate decisions clearly and credibly to all stakeholders. My work spans various sectors including B2C, B2B, SaaS, fin-tech, start-up, mobility, housing, e-commerce, non-profit, and education.
