I love to work on customer problems and solve them using data & technology. I am an individual who is passionate about getting things done and enjoys telling stories via data driven insights. In past few years, I have created many Products & Programs which have eventually scaled to millions of users & have seen multifold increase in engagement & retention metrics. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed working at different roles across Product, Growth, Program & Strategy. In my current role, I am leading the Business Growth team of Josh short video app. I have built the notification product at Josh from scratch and have been driving the Platform Growth via Inorganic initiatives. I have also built the Content Management System for Josh where content moderation & labelling takes place. I have been working very closely with Recommendation & ML teams to improve App's personalization & improve retention My efforts have earned me three promotions in past five years, and I have received 2 awards for my contribution to Josh & Daily hunt Apps On personal front, I am a continuous learner & I always push myself to be a better person with each passing day. I love to sing & play guitar whenever I am free. I've earned Grade 5 certification from Trinity Music College, London. I've composed my own song recently & I aspire to learn and create more music in future.
