[English] I work at the intersection of product/operations planning and practical AI workflow automation. My focus is not broad "AI transformation," but helping work records, research notes, AI drafts, and action items connect in day-to-day work. Recent work includes a RAG-based agriculture knowledge assistant and operational record flow at Biomatz, travel-intake/customer inquiry automation at Hana Edu, and social/reporting automation at Wellkeeps. I have also worked on IT planning, requirements definition, IA/UX collaboration, SAP, and VBA/Python-based process improvements. I also pursue doctoral research at HUFS on technology adoption in the MENA region. In my own work, I use Notion, Obsidian, and Claude Code to connect capture, organization, decisions, and execution. On this page, I offer a 90-minute AI workflow diagnostic for PMs, planners, and operators.
