I'm a full-stack data scientist and machine learning engineer with hands-on technical and managerial experience in building data products and teams across a variety of industries, mainly direct-to-consumer subscription and marketplace, omni-channel retail, restaurant and food. I provide strategic and tactical leadership in algorithms, engineering and analytics and develop data and algorithmic capability from the ground up. I enjoy developing innovative solutions for complex problems while balancing the needs for quick wins with data. My applied research background lies at the intersection of scalable recommender systems; natural language processing and large language models; probabilistic modeling, probabilistic machine learning, and Bayesian inference.
