Presently I'm working as a Research Officer in the National Human Resources Development Council of Sri Lanka. I have working experience in the North and East and Central, and South provinces of Sri Lanka. I have experience in awareness training programs, advocacy training, microfinance program, and livelihood development program. In 2014, I have carried out a project on "Middle East Women Migrant workers and their Social Consequences" in the Batticaloa district, Study on Uplift the livelihood standard on Threewheeler Drivers in Sri Lanka (2017), Tourism Forcast (2015 -2020), Impact of COVID -19 in Sri Lanka. I have worked as a senior Program officer in Noolaham Foundation in Colombo (2013), Project Officer for the Vision 2020 Program in the Ministry of Health (2013), Livelihood/ Community Mobilizer for Gamaneguma Project under the Ministry of Economic Development (World Bank Project - 2012 -2013), Local Capacities for Peace Coordinator for World Vision Lanka (2011 -2012).
