I hold several professional certifications, including Certified Park and Recreation Executive (CPRE), Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI), and Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO). As the President of QOL Associates, I provide interim consulting services to clients on efficiency, successful business strategies, and logistics programs to increase operational performance. I deliver innovative, reflective, and visionary leadership and guidance for clientele, performing financial and managerial analyses pertaining to operations and sales. I also have extensive experience in leading full-service departments in culture affairs, arts, recreation, community and educational initiatives, special events, and facility management for various cities in Florida. I have coordinated the development of over 30 projects with a projected budget in excess of $65 million, initiated realignment of departmental practices, and overseen 80+ city properties.
