The Pilot Retainer is the execution partner package for founders who want the solution built during a Forge Sprint to be implemented end-to-end. Over 6–12 weeks we take ownership of key project milestones: run daily working sessions, implement SOPs across teams, set up dashboards, train stakeholders and hand over repeatable processes. We work as an embedded partner until the system runs autonomously and KPIs stabilize.
