Pls note, you need to call at the scheduled time and not afterward. As the nature of this offering is time-sensitive, there's no refund whatsoever if you miss the call. If there's an emergency, we can reschedule the call at a prior notice.

Also, when you book the call for 30 minutes, it's for 30 minutes, not 35-40. If you need more time to talk, pls extend your time to 60 minutes, I'll be happy to help.
