👋 Hey all, this is Sayan Dey, currently working in AMD as Senior SDE. Have past work experience in Qualcomm. Completed MTech (Research) in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Hyderabad. By profession, prior to joining Qualcomm, I had worked for 1 year in Tata Consultancy Services and 6 months in National Informatics Centre (NIC), a government organization under the Ministry of Electronics and IT.
Coming to to my academic prowess, I secured an All India Rank of 1515 in the GATE (CS&IT) examination in my first attempt itself. Apart from that, I had cracked entrance exams for prestigious institutions like ISI, BITS Pilani, and IIIT Hyderabad. Additionally, I cracked government exams, including those conducted by NIC.
In the 2024-25 placement season of IIT Hyderabad, cracked ML Systems Engineer role at Qualcomm and bagged highest domestic offer among all MTechs of IITH.
