He moved from San Francisco to Ireland and has successfully established European sites for US-based companies like Deem and Shippo, building and leading 80-strong global product development teams to deliver cutting-edge web and mobile enterprise solutions. In addition to his corporate achievements, Ashutosh actively invests in and mentors pre-seed startups across the US, Ireland, and India. At his most recent stint as the VP of Technology at &Open, Ashutosh’s primary focus was on enhancing scalability across all critical aspects, including product design, roadmapping, architecture, development, deployment, and support, while also optimizing people and processes. He cultivated a transformative culture shift, working closely with C-suite and business and product development teams to align objectives invigorating the entire organization with a collaborative spirit. Having achieved the above after a few months of full-time engagement with &Open, Ashutosh now mentors, coaches, and advises the &Open CEO, CTO, and Directors of Engineering and Product in an fractional advisory capacity. His expertise spans leadership, strategy, mentoring, and guiding individual and corporate growth.
