Every brand has a message to tell, a message that will not only educate, improve, engage, inform, surprise, delight, and impact their sales teams and users, but that will also deliver on measurable business goals. I am the conduit between the brand's message and the sales team/consumer. I help clients to find the subject and medium that best explains their unique USPs and messages, and develop high-quality content in line with their objectives for them. Currently, I am working as a Training Manager (APAC Region) at Dunnhumby India where I’ve collaborated with the internal and partner sales teams for the above. My core competencies include training need analysis, content development, and web-based training. I plan, prepare and conduct training where impact can be seen immediately. With 9+ years of working as a trainer, I have imparted training over behavior, product knowledge, process workflow, and how to sell. I focus on communicating through audio, video, graphics​, images​, case studies​ , and many more interesting & creative ways to make trainees understand the importance of the subject and understand the message I want to deliver. I am interested to work in the strategic planning and development of human resources for the maximization of productivity, quality, and workflows.
