After completing his B.Tech in CSE,Saurabh joined RSL Pune as a Senior Software Engineer, spending 3 years solving complex issues and creating features for the LinkedIn iOS app. He managed client communication and led a development team of two. Passionate about leveraging technology to drive business impact, Saurabh's analytical mindset & coding skills led him to pursue the PGDBA programme of IIM Calcutta. Here, he employs statistical & machine learning techniques to tackle real-world business problems. He has undertaken projects in regression, classification, deep learning, big data,& NLP. Known for his leadership skills, he has significantly contributed to client retention. Outside of work, Saurabh enjoys solving Sudoku puzzles and mentoring others.
