Hey! I'm Saurabh — an IIM Raipur PGP graduate currently working as a Management Trainee at CtrlS Datacenters, one of India's largest data center companies, in the CMD office handling Sales Operations and Strategy. My journey has been anything but linear. I started as a Science student at NIT Raipur studying Biotechnology, then spent 34 months at State Bank of India as a banking associate — handling real customers, real cash, and real pressure — before cracking into IIM Raipur. That pivot taught me more about resilience and clarity of purpose than any classroom ever could. At IIM, I got hands-on with live projects across supply chain (Tetra Pak), e-commerce logistics (Soul and Peace), and brand strategy (Swagsanskriti). My summer internship at Popular Paints & Chemicals had me doing everything from ERP integration to launching a painter loyalty program — actual ground-level execution, not just decks. Today at CtrlS, I work directly out of the CMD's office — tracking revenue pipelines, pricing strategies, CRM compliance, and working across sales, finance, and operations. It's fast-moving and cross-functional, and I genuinely enjoy it. Outside of work, I mentor students preparing for SSC, Bank, and Insurance exams — something I've been doing since my SBI days. I understand what it takes to crack competitive exams without coaching or privilege.
