I can best describe the discovery call as a kind of 'vibe check'. Psychotherapy requires time, effort and money. I don't want either of us to start it without understanding what we are getting into.

In this 30 minutes 1:1, you'll get to share your concerns about what brings you here, suitability of online therapy for your concerns or any other queries that you may have. I extend this service to you at a cost that you feel comfortable to pay.
