My journey in the field of sociology and civil services has been nothing short of remarkable. Upon completing my MA in Sociology, I was honoured to be awarded the prestigious Gold Medal . Parallel to my UPSC aspirations in which i have written mains once , I recognized the importance of academia in understanding and addressing social issues. With this in mind, I took on the challenge of the UGC NET (National Eligibility Test) in Sociology. Much to my delight and satisfaction, I cleared the UGC NET in my first attempt 2022, further solidifying my expertise in the subject. Eager to push my boundaries and aim higher, I pursued the UGC NET JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) and achieved success in my second attempt in 2023. This accomplishment not only opened doors to advanced research opportunities but also validated my proficiency in sociology.
