As an Assistant Professor of Management I combine my passion for teaching and research with my expertise in marketing and information technology management. I have taught various courses of Marketing, Information Technology and Analytics to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students, using innovative pedagogical methods and engaging online platforms. I am also a PhD candidate at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, where I am conducting a study on consumer adoption of chatbots in e-commerce sector in India. My research interests include Information Systems, E-commerce, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Consumer Behavior. I have published my work in various national and international interdisciplinary research journal and also received the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Azad Young Researcher Award in 2022. I hold a MBA degree from Delhi Technological University and a PGDIBO from Indira Gandhi National Open University. I am also a certified Scrum Product Owner and have skills in Customer Relationship Management, Product Management, Data Analytics, Coaching and mentoring. Apart from this I am a certified Dermatoglyphics Consultant and have helped various students in identifying their true potential. I am also having a YouTube Channel name The Management Guide which aims to help students prepare for various competitive exams like UGC NET Management, IBPS SO Marketing Officer and College Examinations.
