While I didn’t excel in school—scoring 65% in my 12th grade and not making it into a top-tier college—I turned this challenge into an opportunity. I attended a tier 3 college and started my professional career as an intern at Infosys, where I dedicated 1.5 years to giving my best. Although I encountered some setbacks during appraisals, I realized that I had the potential to strive for more. Motivated by the desire for growth, I embarked on a mission to land a role in a product-based company. With determination and hard work, I achieved multiple offers within just six months! Fast forward five years, and I'm now an Engineering Lead/Manager, leading a talented team of four software engineers and working on some of the industry's top-notch products that you likely use in your daily life.
