My focus is on helping children build strong emotional and cognitive foundations, while equipping parents and educators with the tools to support them. I specialize in parent-child counseling, helping families navigate communication, behavior, and developmental concerns with empathy and evidence-based strategies. Alongside this, I work as a teacher trainer, designing and delivering NEP 2020-aligned workshops that help educators integrate developmentally appropriate, child-centered practices into their classrooms. Through my workshops, I aim to bridge the gap between psychological theory and everyday practice — making concepts around child development, positive discipline, and emotional well-being accessible to parents, teachers, and institutions alike.
