I am a leadership presence coach and behavioral assessor, working with leaders to help them strengthen their leadership presence within the businesses and teams they lead. I partner with high potential leaders to help them gain deep understanding of their strengths and values, and at the same time also challenge their self-limiting assumptions of one-self and others, thus enabling them to create a more confident and impactful leadership style. From being a confidential sounding board for senior leaders to assessing and coaching mid-senior level professionals, I have created value for more than 1000 individuals across India, Europe, US, Canada and SE Asia. In my two decades plus of corporate and HR leadership experience within PSU(HPCL), Banking (Axis Bank), FMCG (Diageo) and the healthcare industry(Novartis and a start-up -Rivaara labs), I have led complex people operations at MNCs, driven multiple pre/ post merger integrations, and partnered businesses from the scratch. With all of these experiences coming together, I am able to bring a fine balance of people and business perspectives to my coaching style, especially in areas of decision making agility, organizational savviness, stakeholder influencing and for navigating through organizational and personal transitions. An ICF certified ACC level coach and a Hogan certified assessor, I am currently also pursuing the Teacher Of Presence program from the coveted Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening, as a part of my own journey of mindfulness and being more present.
