Satyajit has over 20 years’ experience in impact investing, development finance, management consulting and technology development across public, private and multi-lateral sectors. Prior to Raintree Ventures, Satyajit worked in impact investing firms - Factor[e] Ventures and Unitus Seed Fund and with International Finance Corporation’s SME access to finance initiative. He has also been involved in leadership and managerial roles in the planning and implementation of crucial ICT transformation projects of the Indian Government, such as the Unique Identification (Aadhaar) Program. Satyajit has also done international development consulting with The World Bank's ICT Policy Unit and the UNDP Iraq Public Sector Modernization Program. Satyajit has a MBA from the Sloan Fellows Program in Innovation and Global Leadership at the MIT Sloan School of Management and is a Fellow alumnus of the MIT Legatum Center of Development and Entrepreneurship. He is also the recipient of the UK Government's Chevening Gurukul Fellowship for Leadership and Excellence in 2015.
