As the design lead at Omind, a pioneer in AI-driven web applications, I built and led a multidisciplinary design team, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of innovation from the ground up. I developed a standardized UX framework for design components, which significantly reduced UI defects and enhanced consistency across our product suite.
