I’m a Senior Engineering Manager at Atlassian with 10+ years of experience building large-scale software systems and leading engineering teams. Over my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across some great technology organizations, including Microsoft, Intuit, Walmart, and Atlassian, gaining experience across software engineering, distributed systems, cloud platforms, system design, and engineering leadership. Today, I enjoy helping engineers think through their careers, prepare for senior-level opportunities, improve their resumes and interviews, and navigate the transition from strong individual contributor to technical or engineering leadership.
