As a bioinformatician with experience in cancer genomics and NGS, I have gained a strong foundation in using data science to analyze and interpret biological data. My work has focused on understanding the genetic basis of cancer, with a particular emphasis on using RNA-seq to study gene expression and regulation in tumor samples. I have contributed to several research projects that have been translated into technologies in the industry. In addition to my technical skills, I am proficient in developing/designing workflows for NGS data analysis and have a solid understanding of programming and statistics. I am excited to continue building my expertise in the field of cancer genomics and am eager to take on new challenges as I grow in my career as a bioinformatician and Data scientist.
