With 11 years of experience in high-volume and high-complexity assembly plants, I have consistently demonstrated my leadership abilities and expertise in the field. I hold a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Northern Illinois University, where I was recognized with the Graduate Leadership Award in 2016. Additionally, I completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University in India. Throughout my career, I have obtained several certifications, including MODAPTS Certification and Six Sigma - Black Belt Certification from the International Six Sigma Institute™. I have held several key roles throughout my career, including my current position as a Technical Program Manager at Apple Inc.. I worked as Sr Manufacturing Engineer at Tesla Inc., where I led the process design for the Model Y and successfully delivered assembly line readiness at Giga Texas. I have also worked as a Senior Industrial Engineer at General Motors, where I worked on Launch of Hummer EV and Corvette C8. My accomplishments include developing robust processes, managing teams, implementing lean manufacturing principles, conducting line balancing, and driving cost savings through process improvements. I have also demonstrated expertise in project management, equipment installation, supplier management, and data analysis.
