Satvik's expertise spans Autonomous Vehicles, Telecommunication, Customer Experience, CRM platforms, on-device Machine Learning, and large-scale Machine Learning Infrastructure. He earned his master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and contributed significantly to Motorola Mobility's research project, focusing on enabling indoor smart assistants through on-device machine learning in both workplace and home environments. At Microsoft, Satvik played a pivotal role in scaling Microsoft Teams from 100K users to 200 million Monthly Active Users (MAU) worldwide. He spearheaded the integration of key features such as screen sharing, live captioning, translation, summaries, and whiteboard functionalities. His journey continued at Meta, where he enhanced Meta’s ML infrastructure to safeguard apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram from copyrighted and integrity-violating content. Additionally, he engaged in developing autonomous vehicle software with Lucid Motors and Aurora Innovation, concentrating on ADAS systems and performance engineering. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer on the Schemas Backend team at HubSpot, Satvik focuses on optimizing the event processing system. He ensures seamless deployment of new features across HubSpot’s platform, which underpins all of its services.
