I also have experience with the SIP protocol (SBC) and use tools like Grafana and PM2 for monitoring and improving system performance. I've developed and integrated REST APIs and WebSockets to handle real-time communication. I also have a good understanding of data structures and algorithms (DSA) and have worked on designing systems at both the low and high levels.
