Since this section is all about me & my work - Here are a few highlights : 1. Iam an avid runner & love everything outdoors. I can proudly say that iam in the first 500 finishers (out of 7K people) at Delhi 10K Marathon (VDHM). The passion for running came calling after the pandemic and has helped me a lot to clear my mind during tough situations (another positive side effect being me in shape). 2. Another passion close to me is what i do for a living. Some achievements there : - Day In & Day Out I help customers to achieve the potential out of their Data. - I Head the Analytics Division which i grew just before the pandemic to almost 4X Team Members (compared to prepandemic) - During my Tenure I was directly responsible for : - Won the Data Analytics Partner of the Year Award at reInvent 2022 for APJ. - Achieving the Data Analytics Competency From AWS. - Achieving 3 AWS Service Delivery Programs (Glue, EMR, Redshift) - Concieving the idea & Developing reusable frameworks - DataLake Ingestion Accelerator - All this was possible with a passionate team working alongside me. 3. I play a very multifaceted role at my current organization - some of the being : - I double up as PreSales & Delivery Head with around ~25 People reporting into me. - Iam also responsible for helping the marketing team to conduct GTM motions around Data Analytics. - I lead all hiring, strategy & growth initiatives for the Data Analytics Division. - A a role close to my heart is - acting as floating development resource helping the team out wherever necessary. This also helps me to be eternally handson. Finally i resonate with two ideas : 1. You don't lead people by what you say to them; you lead them by what they see you do. True leaders are self-leaders. 2. Having a vision is very important to me. Handling BAU is part of the job - but having a vision for future is the job.
