Struggling to land a job in Germany usually comes down to preparation, focus, and not knowing what German employers expect. Most internationals repeat the same mistakes: too little research, unfocused applications, and a CV written for a different market.

I can't guarantee you a job or offer a shortcut. What I can do is give you a straight read on your situation and practical advice you can act on the same week.

This is built around you, not a generic online course. We'll cover what German employers expect, where your profession actually stands here, how to research target companies, how to bring your documents up to German standards, how to network, and how to reach the hidden job market where many roles are filled before they're ever advertised. We'll also go through interview preparation and salary negotiation.

Before our session, I review your application materials and research your specific field, so we don't spend the hour on that. Afterwards, once you've made the changes, I look at them again and answer what's still open.

Who this is for

You're new to the German job market. Maybe you're still abroad and planning the move, maybe you've just arrived, maybe you've been applying for months without getting anywhere and can't tell why. What you're missing usually isn't effort. It's a read on how this market works, and an honest answer on where your profile fits into it.

Who this is not for

- You're looking for someone to find you a job. I don't place candidates and I have no vacancies.

- You want your CV rewritten for you. We'll go through it together and I'll tell you exactly what to change, but the writing stays with you.

- Your question is about a visa or a residence permit rather than the job market. Book an Orientation Call instead.

Please book at least one week in advance, so I have time to prepare properly.

Refund and rescheduling

If I determine before our consultation that your situation would be better handled by another specialist, I'll cancel the session, issue a full refund, and where possible recommend someone better suited to help. Beyond that, refunds aren't available, since preparation begins as soon as payment is received.

You can reschedule at no extra cost if you do so at least 8 hours in advance.

Consultations start and end at the scheduled time. If you join late, the session can only continue for the remaining booked time and cannot be extended. If you don't join within the first 30 minutes, it will be considered canceled and will not be refunded.
