Almost 12+ years of my career has been in the Telecom/IT sector. My work experience spans from Optical, NMS, and Career-Ethernet network installation, maintenance, Operations to Training. Providing world-class technical support and customer experience on CIENA products globally (hardware & software) across EMEA, CALA, NA, & APAC. Being APAC region prime for Ciena's Premier customers and Knowledge-Centered Service[KCS], I have worked closely with the global project, system engineering, and Digital Experience teams in Carrier Ethernet technology and Submarine projects. I have been involved in a number of projects to name a few: Google, Facebook, Equinix, Amazon, Linkedin SEA-ME-WE-4, EIG, Bharti EPT, CTG.
