About this session

In this 1:1 session, we’ll discuss your current experience, career goals, skills, and opportunities. I’ll share practical, honest guidance based on my 11+ years of .NET/backend industry experience across service-based, Big 4, and product-based organizations.

Ideal for developers planning a job switch, targeting Senior/Lead roles, or simply trying to figure out their next career move.

Book this if you're asking:

👉 Should I switch jobs or stay where I am?

👉 Am I ready for a Senior/Lead role?

👉 What should I focus on to level up my career?

👉 Which skills should I learn next?

👉 How can I move from a service-based company to a product/GCC company?

👉 Is my current experience enough for my target role and salary?

👉 How should I plan my next 6–12 months?

👉 How can I make better career decisions instead of switching jobs randomly?

How the 25 minutes go:

⏱️ First 5 minutes: You tell me where you are in your career and what's bothering you. Be open and direct — this is a judgment-free conversation.

⏱️ Next 15 minutes: I’ll ask questions, challenge your assumptions where needed, and share my honest perspective. If I think you should stay where you are for another year, I’ll tell you that too.

⏱️ Last 5 minutes: We’ll turn the conversation into 2–3 practical actions you can start working on this month.

What you can expect from me:

I’m not a certified career coach, and I won’t hand you a generic framework or motivational speech.

I’m an engineer with 11+ years of industry experience, having worked across service-based companies (TCS, Cognizant), Big 4 (EY), and a product-based organization (NatWest Group).

I’ve experienced multiple career transitions myself and have spent years working with, mentoring, and interviewing developers. This session is about sharing that real-world perspective to help you think through your next move.

Before the call:

Please write 3–4 lines about your current situation and what you’re trying to figure out in the booking form. This will help us skip the background and make the most of our 25 minutes.
