I superannuated in April 2024, as Director and Chairperson– Bayer Foundation India and Country Head - Corporate Social Responsibility, Bayer South Asia. An accomplished and versatile leader with almost four decades of professional experience, I have held multiple roles across diverse industries, the public sector, trade associations, MNCs, and Civil Society. I am the co-founder of '𝗯𝗨' (wherein the aim is to democratize coaching by making it accessible and affordable to everyone) and a founding board member of 𝗚𝗪𝗣𝗥 - 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮. An ardent risk-taker, I thrive on venturing into the unknown. I have been in jobs for which I have had no formal professional qualifications. Each education, qualification, and role has defined and redefined me. As a student of life, I strongly believe there is much to explore and learn! There is still a lot to be done!
