I started my career in the US-Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry, ensuring a seamless flow of revenue to US healthcare providers. I have expertise in a wide range of EHR tools, including MDIV, Athenahealth, eClinicalworks, EPIC and NextGen. After advancing to a senior position in US-RCM, I sought a more dynamic and innovative field, leading me to Automation and subsequently to Artificial Intelligence (the buzzword of this century!). So I have completed my Postgraduate Program in Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence at Imarticus Learning, which significantly altered my career path and fueled my passion for AI. Currently, I am focused on enhancing the conventional US-RCM and medical billing cycle by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and Machine learning algorithms. My goal is to enhance the creativity and strategic capabilities of the organisation's workforce, allowing them to channel their energy and expertise where it matters the most rather focussing on regular monotonous mundane tasks.
