Currently at Give, I am developing products to solve problems in the Indian CSR ecosystem, with the goal of bringing technology advancements to the social impact space. At [sharpsell.ai], I was responsible for the roadmap of a mobile platform that provides frontline/distributed sales teams with the necessary content, learning materials, and collateral across sales processes. During this time, I led and executed several industry-first features/integrations, and appreciated their impact on users and the market. Tracxn was my first experience with a start-up. I led and stabilized a newly established 30+ person team that provided profiles of relevant companies for VCs and PEs. This experience taught me the rigor, discipline, and pace required to navigate the start-up ecosystem.
