Hey, I am Saransh Gera, currently pursuing my bachelor’s in Business from Delhi Technological University. I have completed my schooling from St Marks Senior Secondary Public School, Janakpuri, New Delhi, and had scored 97.5% marks in class 12th and 94.4% marks in class 10th. I achieved the 3rd rank in the zonal level General Knowledge Olympiad and bagged the 3rd position in the Inter-School Mathematics Exhibition. I have also adorned myself with 4 gold, 1 silver, and 2 bronze medals in various Olympiads, including English, Mathematics, Science, and Astronomy. My academic excellence has been recognized by the Hindustan Times Pace Quiz Competition, where my name has been published thrice in their competition column. These achievements have instilled in me a sense of discipline, perseverance, and commitment to strive for excellence in everything I do. I'm an experienced self-taught trader and investor with over 1.5 years of experience in trading stocks, cryptocurrencies, and NFTs. I was introduced to the world of graphic design 2nd semester of my college and till date I have worked with multiple clients as a freelance graphic designer. Currently, I am serving as the President of Technobuzz - The IT Society of USME, DTU. It is a community of computer geeks, meme freaks, and technology enthusiasts with countless ideas and unmatched zeal, looking for a platform to share their thoughts and ideas. We have conducted multiple sessions, seminars, webinars, and competitions on tech-related topics with a total participation of more than 1000 students. Additionally, I am quite active in the social work domain and strive to make a positive impact on the world around me. I have Volunteered in “Parangat” a 5 day rural camp at Vatsalya Non-profit Organisation, Achrol, Rajasthan, organised by National Service Scheme (NSS). As for soft skills, I have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and human relations skills. I'm also an active learner, always looking to expand my knowledge and skills. Playing badminton or listening to music are my favorite pastime.
