I‘m aiming for a product owner role transitioning from business analysis in the finance industry to retail. I have struggled with behavioral and situational questions, unsure of how to convey my transferable skills. Sarang was instrumental in building my confidence for the interview process. He helped understand the nuances between business analysis and product ownership so I could better highlight my relevant experiences. His feedback helped to properly focus my prep on critical areas for improvement. Most importantly, Sarang gave me the tools I needed to deeply research the company and identify how I could apply my skills to their mission and immediate needs. Our follow-up after the initial rounds ensured I was fully ready to showcase my qualifications. Thanks to Sarang's guidance and support, I was able to secure the product owner role. I cannot recommend him highly enough for his expertise and commitment.

I appreciate you sharing your insights and guidance to help me progress in my career from the senior developer level. The mentoring session was extremely valuable. Specifically, the advice on improving my soft skills like communication, collaboration, and leadership will help me demonstrate I'm ready to move into more senior roles. Focusing on having productive 1-on-1s with my manager, seeking leadership opportunities like mentoring junior developers, and volunteering for cross-functional projects will help me gain broader experience. Additionally, the technical frameworks and tools you recommended like React and Kubernetes will allow me to expand my hard skills. I plan to spend time each week studying these through online courses and side projects. Sharpening these in-demand skills will make me a stronger engineer candidate for promotion. I feel empowered and re-energized to take the next step in my career thanks to your guidance. Please let me know if you have any other advice as I work towards advancement. I hope we can stay in touch!
