Hi, I'm Sanya. I've had a rather non-linear career journey. I graduated from IIT Delhi in 2017, spent almost 4 years preparing for UPSC, eventually made the decision to pivot & took up local marketing jobs, then went to IIM Ahmedabad, and transitioned into the corporate world. I went on to work at Husk Power Systems, a global clean-tech company, where I moved into the Chief of Staff role and worked closely with the CEO and leadership team across strategy, fundraising, and high-priority business initiatives. Today, I've stepped away from my corporate career to build my own startup. That journey has taught me a lot about making career decisions when there isn't a clear right answer, whether that's figuring out what to do after a career break, deciding whether an MBA is worth it, making a career switch, evaluating a Chief of Staff/strategy path, or deciding whether it's time to take the leap into entrepreneurship.
