I hold a Postgraduate Certification in Human Resources from XLRI, Jemshedpur, CHRP Level 5 certification from CIPD, London and a 15FQ+ certification in psychometric assessment. Currently, I am the Head of Human Resources - South Portfolio at Nexus Malls (Nexus Select Trust), a retail asset portfolio of Blackstone Group. My core competencies include strategic mindset, commercial acumen, compensation design, external industry analysis, HR systems and policies, organisational culture, diversity and inclusion, stakeholder management, and risk assessment. I have successfully worked alongside senior leaders to deliver organisational change and profit growth at prestigious groups such as Prestige, Bata, and Dr. Reddy's.
